Meet Our Staff
Kimberly Kepner, LCSW
(she/her)
I am an EMDR therapist. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, strengths-based and client-centered.
I have over eleven years of experience working in the mental health field among diverse populations.
I thrive working with teens, young adults, and blue collar workers; many other populations.
I am not a ‘blank slate’ therapist. I will laugh with you and cry with you. I will show up in cozy outfits and hydration in hand. I hope you do the same!
I am passionate about women’s rights and women’s issues.
As a relational therapist, I strive to establish authentic and mutual connections. In doing this, I hope to equip my clients with more helpful ways of interacting with others in the present.
I am your cliché therapist who had to work through a lot of her own stuff. I’ll never pretend to have it ‘all together’.
Alexis Toburen, LCSW
(she/her)
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a decade of experience in the mental health field. I take a trauma-informed approach, that is strengths-based and client-centered.
I believe therapy should be a space where you can celebrate your wins, process life’s difficult moments, and feel supported every step of the way. I meet you where you’re at and help you get where you want to be, not where others think you should be.
As an animal lover and someone with experience utilizing canine-assisted therapy, I recognize the comfort and support pets can provide. During our virtual sessions, your furry family members are always welcome, as they’re often some of the best co-therapists! If having your pet nearby helps you feel more relaxed, I’d love for them to join us.
I am passionate about working with teens and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges, discover their strengths, and grow into the best version of themselves. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. If you think we would be a good fit, I would love to connect and be part of your journey.
